Taco Eating Contest

In order to be considered for the taco eating contest, please submit a video audition showing how many tacos you can eat in 3 minutes. You can post the video to social
media and tag @stltacofest or e-mail it to us at: contest@stltacofest.com and we will post all qualifying entries to our social media. - Taco eating contest contestants will be announced a week before the event.

Salsa Dip Contest

Restaurants and Vendors in attendance are able to enter their salsa in our Salsa Dip Contest. Registration for the contest will take place prior to the event. Contest will take place at 1:00pm on the Klance 2nd Stage. The winner will be given a shout out on the Quirk Main Stage.

Best Taco Spot Contest

All taco vendors at the event are automatically entered into the Best Taco Spot Contest. We have anonymous judges who will be trying out all the spots, but guest feedback is very helpful so be sure to shoutout your favorite tacos on social media on the day of the event and make sure to tag @stltacofest. Best Taco Spot will be announced the day after the event and presented with their award. Announcement will stream live on social media.

Do I need to buy a ticket to attend the event?
No - This is a free event. Alcohol bracelets will be available for purchase. Alcohol bracelets are necessary for the purchase of any alcohol.Look for STL Taco Fest Tent
can i bring my dog?
Yes, pets are welcome. Must be leashed, well socialized and please clean up after your pet.
Is this a family friendly event?
YES! Tacos are fun for all ages.
Where do I park?
Look for signs for parking. St. Charles has many places surrounding the festival that has free parking.
how do i vote for the best taco spot?
Get on social media, post about your favorite taco and taco spot. Be sure to tag your favorite taco spot and us, STL Taco Fest!
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event. See you there.

Are we allowed to bring a cooler?
No, coolers will not be permitted at the festival. If you bring one you will be asked to take it back to your car. Exceptions will be made for small coolers containing baby bottles.
